ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PRINCE GEORGE SOCCER ASSOCIATION (PGSA) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) will be held Monday, January 17th, 2022, 7:30pm, via Zoom.
All members are cordially invited to attend the PGSA AGM. Each team must have two (2) representatives in attendance. Agenda and reports will be provided electronically via email no later than three days prior to the AGM.
DATE: Monday, January 17th, 2022
TIME: 7:30PM (check in begins at 7:25pm)
LOCATION: Virtually via Zoom Video-Conferencing
NOTE:
The meeting will be facilitated through electronic means using Zoom conferencing with an online voting platform (details and access to be provided closer to the date). Pre-registration will be required.

Join us! Nominations are invited for the 2022 season. Please provide Nominations in advance by completing the Nomination Form (sent via email from Teamsnap) and emailing it to secretary@pgsoccer.ca.

- Officials (1 year)

VOTING PROCESS
All positions are elected by vote using Zoom polling, unless there is only one nominee for a position.
Elected into position are: President, Vice-President, Finance, Secretary (2-year rotating terms for President/Secretary and Vice-President/Finance)
Elected then appointed: Facilities, Media, Discipline, Officials, Registrar, Sponsorship/Events (1-year terms)
