ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PRINCE GEORGE SOCCER ASSOCIATION (PGSA) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) will be held Monday, January 30^th, 2023, 7:00pm, in-person at the PGSA Clubhouse and virtually via Zoom.

All members are cordially invited to attend the PGSA AGM. Each team must have two (2) representatives in attendance. Agenda and reports will be provided electronically via email no later than three days prior to the AGM.

DATE: Monday, January 30^th, 2023

TIME: 7:00PM

LOCATION: PGSA Clubhouse and virtually via Zoom Video-Conferencing

NOTE: The meeting will be facilitated using a hybid option; in-person and through electronic means using Zoom video-conferencing with an in-person and online voting platform (details and access to be provided closer to the date). Pre-registration for Zoom will be required.

NOMINATIONS – please submit by 10:00pm January 15^th, 2023

Join us! Nominations are invited for the 2023 season. Please provide Nominations in advance by completing the Nomination Form (attached to Teamsnap notification email) and emailing it to info@pgsoccer.ca.

VOTING PROCESS

All positions are elected via in-person ballot and by vote using Zoom polling, unless there is only one nominee for a position.

Please submit any topics for consideration in writing to info@pgsoccer.ca by January 22^nd.
