Annual General Meeting Notice
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PRINCE GEORGE SOCCER ASSOCIATION (PGSA) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) will be held Wednesday, January 31st, 2023, 6:30pm, in-person at the PGSA Clubhouse.
All members are cordially invited to attend the PGSA AGM. Each team must have two (2) representatives in attendance. Agenda and reports will be provided electronically via email no later than three days prior to the AGM.

TIME: 6:30PM
LOCATION: PGSA Clubhouse, 1771 George Paul Lane, Prince George
NOTE:
The meeting will be facilitated using an in-person option only. All teams are required to have two members present. Failure to do so will result in a $50 team fine due prior to team registration.

VOTING PROCESS
All positions are elected via in-person ballot unless there is only one nominee for a position.
Please submit any topics for consideration in writing to info@pgsoccer.ca by January 22nd.
